29 jours durant, en juillet 1997 j’ai photographié sur la plage d’Audierne en Bretagne, un château de sable construit par un enfant et laissé là, à la merci des vagues et du vent.
J’ai ensuite fait faire des planches contact, découpé l’ensemble des 29 photographies que j’ai collées sur des petites cartes de papier marbré et assemblées dans une boîte achetée à Kyoto au Japon. « Jeu de cartes » qui sacre un geste inscrit dans l’enfance de l’art.

During 29 days, in July 1997 I photographed on Audierne beach in Brittany, a sand castle built by a child and left there, at the mercy of the waves and the wind.
I then had contact sheets made, cut out all 29 photographs that I glued onto small marbled paper cards and assembled in a box I bought in Kyoto, Japan.
