MAD- Music, Arts, Design- is the next generation of talent-hunters and producers. Our platform and our 360 ° promotion services allow our artists to live from their passion and build collaborations between artists and brands. We break down the walls in the creative industries and create digital and physical experiences in Paris and Beirut.

Our team is growing and we are looking for our MAD Community Manager with a previous experience in digital communication, looking to join our multicultural startup based in Paris and Beirut !

In collaboration with the Marketing Director of MAD, you will actively participate in the strategic and operational implementation of the digital communication actions to develop and engage the MAD community.

Your mission:

• Develop MAD’s social media and digital strategy
• Implement social media strategy, publish and optimize our advertising campaigns
• Develop and engage our community around 2 flagship projects: our Talent Hunt Competition -our call out for artistic projects- and our MAD Session, our MAD event mixing clubbing and hybrid arts.
• Promote our MAD artists and their projects.
• Produce web content (crowdfunding campaigns and blog posts)

If you’re creative, rigorous, motivated and very sociable, if you like to take initiatives and you have a strong interest in disruptive communication technologies, it’s time for us to meet !

The candidate must:

• Have prior experience in digital communication (acquired in ad agency or in journalism)
• Have a real affinity with music, design or art in general
• Be fluent in English and French
